Who we are

DraftTrip is operated by Myra Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States ("we", "us"). By using DraftTrip you agree to these terms.

The service

DraftTrip drafts travel itineraries, lets you share them, and answers questions about them over WhatsApp. Suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm opening times, prices, bookings and travel requirements yourself before relying on them. We are not a travel agent and do not book or sell travel.

Your account

You sign in with a WhatsApp phone number. Keep access to that number secure; anyone who controls it can receive your sign-in codes. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Payment

Trips are unlocked by a one-time payment of $9.99 per trip unless a valid coupon reduces that amount. Payment unlocks that trip for you and everyone you invite. Because the itinerary is generated immediately, payments are generally non-refundable; if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it fairly.

Acceptable use

Do not use DraftTrip to break the law, to harass anyone, to attempt to gain access to trips you were not invited to, or to place unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your itineraries and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing your content, showing it to people you invite, and sending it to the providers that generate responses.

Availability

We aim to keep DraftTrip running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of DraftTrip is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed travel or bookings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
