Terms of Service

DraftTrip is operated by Myra Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Myra Solutions LLC; “you” means the person using the service. You can reach us at hello@drafttrip.com.

You sign in with a WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, because anyone who can receive its messages can sign in as you. Tell us promptly if you lose control of it.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

DraftTrip drafts travel itineraries using an AI model that searches the web. We are a planning tool. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service. We do not sell flights, accommodation, tickets, or insurance, and we are not party to any arrangement you make with a third party.

Always verify before you rely on it. Opening hours, prices, closures, availability and travel times change constantly, and AI-generated content can be wrong or out of date. Confirm anything that matters directly with the venue or operator before booking or travelling.

You keep ownership of the trips, notes and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share it with.

If you publish a trip using a share link, anyone holding that link can read it. Turning sharing off revokes the link.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the service to plan anything unlawful;
• attempt to access trips or accounts that are not yours;
• probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission;
• use it to send unsolicited messages to people who have not asked for them.

Building a trip is free. Unlocking sharing, collaborators and the assistant is a one-time charge per trip, shown to you before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you live.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

If the service fails to deliver what you paid for, contact us at hello@drafttrip.com within 14 days and we will refund you. We do not generally refund because a trip did not go to plan, since we do not control the venues, operators or conditions involved.

From time to time we run promotional offers — for example, a code that waives the one-time unlock fee on a first trip, where offered on our website. Unless the promotion says otherwise, an offer:

• is open to new customers only, and can be redeemed once per person;
• waives the unlock fee for a single trip (your first); building trips is always free regardless;
• must be applied at checkout before payment, and cannot be applied afterwards;
• has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with another offer;
• may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, including where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Everything else in these terms continues to apply to a trip unlocked under a promotion.

AI requests are subject to fair-use limits so the service stays available to everyone. We may adjust these limits, and may suspend accounts that attempt to circumvent them.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your trips.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myra Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, closed venues, cancelled bookings, or costs arising from reliance on generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the trip in question in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. Content is deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the service before they take effect. Continuing to use DraftTrip after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
