Delete from the app or website
- Sign in to DraftTrip (app or drafttrip.com).
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out of every device.
Or ask us by email
Email info@myrasolutionsllc.com from the WhatsApp number or contact linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and phone number.
- Trips you own, including itineraries, notes and assistant conversations.
- Your memberships in trips shared with you.
- Push-notification device registrations.
Trips owned by other travellers that you were invited to remain with their owners. Billing records required by law are kept for the statutory period and then removed. All other data is deleted within 30 days.
